A Typical Day at Pro Surf Imsouane – For Longboard & Intermediate Surfers

At Pro Surf Imsouane, it’s all about flow, style, and spending as much time in the water as possible. Located just a 1-minute walk from the beach, our surf camp is perfectly positioned to catch the best tides, especially during our favourite sunrise sessions when the waves are clean and the lineup is still quiet.

Our daily schedule is flexible and depends on the surf conditions, tides, and weather to make sure you enjoy the best waves each day.

Please note: The daily surf lesson schedule is posted in our WhatsApp group every day. Surf lesson times may change depending on the tides, swell, and weather conditions, so please wait for the daily confirmation before planning your day.

Sunrise Surf Session (Optional & Recommended)
Enjoy clean, uncrowded waves before breakfast.

8:30 AM – Breakfast
Start your day with a fresh and energising breakfast after your early morning surf.

Departure to the Surf Spot
We head to the best surf spot of the day according to the conditions. The departure time is confirmed each day in the WhatsApp group.

Surf Guiding & Coaching
Receive guidance and tips from our experienced coaches to improve your technique, wave selection, and style.

Afternoon – Supervised Free Surf
Spend more time in the water surfing at your own pace, with optional feedback and supervision from our coaches.

Return to the Surf Camp
Time to relax, shower, and recover after a great day in the waves.

5:00 PM – Moroccan Tea Time
Enjoy traditional Moroccan mint tea and local snacks on the rooftop terrace.

6:30 PM – Optional Yoga Session
Stretch, recover, and improve your flexibility with a relaxing yoga class.

Sunset – Free Surf Session
If conditions allow, take one last surf as the sun sets over the Atlantic.

8:00 PM – Homemade Moroccan Dinner
Finish the day with a delicious home-cooked Moroccan dinner shared with fellow surfers.
