The Food

Indulge in the rich flavors of traditional Moroccan cuisine at Pro Surf Camp Tamraght Taghazut Bay. Our menu features mouthwatering dishes that showcase the culinary heritage of the region.

  • Tagine: A signature Moroccan dish cooked in a cone-shaped clay pot. It features tender meat or vegetables slow-cooked with aromatic spices, herbs, and preserved lemons, resulting in a flavorful and fragrant stew.
  • Couscous: A staple dish made from steamed semolina grains served with a variety of vegetables, meat, or fish. The fluffy texture and combination of spices create a comforting and satisfying meal.
  • Moroccan Mint Tea: Experience the Moroccan tea culture with a refreshing cup of mint tea. This sweet and aromatic beverage is made by steeping green tea leaves with fresh mint leaves and a generous amount of sugar.
  • Harira: A hearty and traditional Moroccan soup, often enjoyed during Ramadan. It typically includes lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes, and a blend of spices, resulting in a nourishing and flavorsome soup.
  • Pastilla: A savory pie with layers of thin pastry filled with a delectable mixture of spiced meat (typically chicken or pigeon), almonds, and aromatic herbs. It is baked until golden and topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  • Moroccan Salads: Explore a variety of vibrant and refreshing salads, such as Moroccan carrot salad, zaalouk (roasted eggplant salad), or taktouka (grilled pepper and tomato salad). These salads showcase the vibrant flavors of fresh vegetables, herbs, and Moroccan spices.
